As some of you may know, I've been wanting to do a Pride and Prejudice script for AGES. I tried to write one myself but just couldn't quite get my pen to capture the ghost of Austen. Thankfully it seems the reason is Jane was already wrote happily possessing the pen of u/AnarchistLatina. I'm a bit disappointed with myself for not already looking to see if there was already a script, and an unfilled one at that! Needless to say, I hurried to my studio at the first available opportunity and got recording. I'm so excited to pay this, I stuck as close to the script as I felt comfortable with and put a couple if the little details from my own script attempt in where appropriate. EDIT: thank you to u/distancingsocially_ For spotting the ahem "deliberate" mistake. At 1:07 in the intro I say Matthew Mcconaughey, obviously I meant to say Macfayden... For fellow audio nerds: As usual I edited it in FL Studio, using the LEX (Warm) Room convulvor for the reverb as far sounded most like a manor house to me. SFX from free sound or made by myself. Ok. I've taken up enough of your time, let's get to Darcy and Lizzie's wedding night. A scene in sure we've all thought about at least once...
